Week 7 Chaos and Consciousness

When I read the article Chaos and Consciousness I agreed with many of the points that the author states. I agree that consciousness is something that we can exercise everyday. Even in a state of chaos if we are aware of what is going we can do things to end the dominant attractor.

Week 7 Fractals as complex systems.

I think that fractals are great because they simplify very complex things. Fractals are simple patterns that can explain something that is complicated. Fractals differ from other figures because of the way they scale. I think that next step in understanding a fractal is to clearly define what a fractal is.

Week 7 Ordered Chaos

Ordered chaos sounds familiar to me. When I think of ordered chaos the first thing I can think of is the butterfly effect. Ordered chaos is difficult to explain but I would describe it as a pattern that is very hard to predict.

Week 6 Connections I can make between Energy and Qi?

Energy and qi are closely related. I would describe energy as a form of qi. qi is energy in its largest form. According to Chinese medicine qi is vital energy and our life force. Honestly it is really hard to describe qi.

Week 6 Resonance in world

I personally like resonance in my world. Without resonance in our world we would not have great things like music. Things such as guitar strings, violin strings, and piano strings are all instruments that come from resonance. All of these instruments have vibrating strings that create resonance. Resonance is the common cause of sound production in most musical instruments

Week 6 Are all vibrations "good"?

In my honest opinion I do not feel that all vibrations are good. The reason that I feel that all vibrations are not good because in the case of an earth quake the vibration could be dangerous for people and potentially cause buildings to fall. Some vibrations can be good for example when I'm upset and I spend time with my daughter the vibrations that she gives off puts me in a better mood.

Week 5 Are there connections between Sacred Geometry and Physics?

This is a difficult question for me to answer because I feel that I do not have a good enough understanding of physics to answer this question. But based on the information that I do have I believe there is a connection between math, sacred geometry, and physics are closely related. Fractals have seemed to reveal an abundance of information about physics and our universe. They produce organic shapes that correspond with natural process such as plant growth and how embryos develop.

Week 5 Just what does CP violation really mean?

According to physics a CP (change conjugation Parity symmetry) violation is when postulated CP-symmetry is violated. Scientist assumed that all particles would decay at the same rate whether time ran forward or backwards. Time can't be reversed but scientist could change the charge and parity of the particles. The decay rate changed under these conditions and this was the first CP violation.

Week 5 My symmetrical World

In my opinion I believe that our world is symmetrical. If we examine particles each particle that is known has a supersymmetrical partner. Each particle has a partner that is exactly similar. For example the particle quark has a theoretical partner that is a squark. If we look at the world in general we can see symmetry in nature and many other things.

Week 4 What is the function of gravity?

What is the function of gravity? This is a difficult question to answer because I do not completely understand its function. The most elementary is its role in human walking. Because of gravity humans can walk the ground without losing contact with it. Gravity can be best described as the force the pulls other object in its direction.

Week 4 How would you compare the four forces?

When reading about the four forces and comparing them I noticed that each fundamental force has a unique messenger particle. Gravity is considered to be the weakest of the four fundamental forces. Electromagnetic force is consider to be the second strongest.  The strong nuclear force is the strongest and weak nuclear force ranks third amongst the four forces.

Week 4 How has E = mc2 affected you?

E=mc2 has affected me in many ways because the equation deals with mass and energy. This is important to me because TCM speaks of Qi often. E=mc2 basically states that even the tiniest particle has concentrated amount of energy. This is important because many sick people often have a Qi stagnation. 

Week 3 Based on what you know, how would you explain connectivity?

When I think of connectivity I would explain it as the state of two things being linked to each other or  many things being interlinked. Additional to add the explanation of connectivity I would say that it is a part of entanglement. When two or many things that connected if one thing is affected so are the others.

Week 3 What evidence can you find for synchronicity?

The evidence that I can find for synchronicity is about two weeks ago I was thinking of a friend that I grew up with in Michigan. I was walking the next day and we passed each other on the sidewalk. It was great that we got to reconnect. It turns out that my friend relocated to Oakland about one year ago. We had not seen each other in almost 15 years.
